Bob, you did a terrible job on the ceiling in my basement. This wasn't the only issue but it was the largest.
You came to check it out and agreed that it was bad. You said you'd either fix it or refund some money..... now you won't answer my calls, emails or text messages. Not professional of you and not what I would have expected from someone of your generation.
